PANSEAL Leak Sealant
PANSEAL is an all purpose abrasion proof sealant which is ideal for sealing leaks and preventing future corrosion, in fact it's considered the premier leak sealant for HVAC. It's 2,700 psi adhesion strength and the fact that PANSEAL has NO VOCs and very minimal odor are very unique attributes. Because PANSEAL has no VOCs and very minimal odor, it's perfect for schools, hospitals and is safe to apply in confined spaces. Additionally, PANSEAL is known for its forgiving application characteristics in adverse and varied conditions.
Abrasion Proof Coating
PANSEAL's adhesive strength and strong abrasion properties make it ideal for many applications including containment and storage. These attributes also make PANSEAL well suited for flooring and concrete coating. Furthermore, PANSEAL has an impressive list of chemical resistant properties and can handle high temperatures, as well as long-term submersion. It does not degrade over time, so repairs and preventative maintenance projects are considered permanent protection against future corrosion.

PANSEAL Gallon Directions
Clean surface removing all dirt, dust, oil and all other contaminants.
Preparation recommendations
Pressure wash, grinder, wire wheel, sandblast
Stainless Steel Surfaces: obtain a well etched surface
Concrete Surfaces: Prime with DX-1100 Primer for Concrete prior to applying PANSEAL
Mixing
Power mix part A resin separately, then add part B hardener and power mix. Pay attention to the sides and bottom of the bucket and mix to obtain a uniform color.
Application
Once mixed be ready to apply. Do not keep the blended coating in the original container unless immediate use is planned. Otherwise, exothermic heat created during the curing process will considerably shorten the pot life. Pour the coating into a rolling tray or pour directly onto the surface. Try to keep the depth of the coating in the tray below 3/8”.
Brush: Use a medium bristle brush.
Roller: Use a short-nap synthetic roller cover with phenolic core.
Spray Application: Refer to the Product Data PDF.
Cleanup
Use MEK or Acetone. In case of spillage, absorb and dispose of in accordance with local, applicable regulations.
