HD Concrete offers a the solution for damaged concrete surfaces including cracks and pothole repair.  It's cement like color is designed to resemble the existing concrete surface,  The chemistry produces an industrial strength product with the ease of use for DIY applications.  The innovative combination of high strength aggregate and proprietary polymer-modified resin deliver multiple benefits.  Depending on the pavement condition, HD Concrete delivers semi-permanent to permanent results, producing an enhanced surface that looks great and is ready for high impact within minutes.

HD Concrete Recommended Uses

HD Concrete is widely used to repair potholes, spalls, cracks, and other confined voids and distresses over 1" wide (2.5 cm) and greater than 1/2" (1 cm) deep in Portland cement concrete and oxidized asphalt. It's ideal for roads, highways, streets, airport pavements, parking lots, bridge and parking decks, sidewalks, walkways, and floors.  No mixing, heating, or special installation equipment is required.

How to Install HD Concrete
  1. Clean, sweep, and blow the repair area free of all loose debris before applying.
  2. The repair area surfaces can be damp but should not have standing water or ice present during installation.
  3. Remove material from the package and place it into the prepared repair area.
  4. For best performance, the material should be applied with at least 1/2" (1 cm) in thickness. For repairs 1/2" (1 cm) to 2" (5 cm) thick, apply product in a single layer and compact. Repairs deeper than 2" (5 cm) should be filled in layers, from 1" (2.5 cm) to 2" (5 cm) thick, with compaction of each layer.
  5. The final layer should be placed approximately 1/4" (.6 cm) to 1/2" (1 cm) above the surface, and then be compacted to surface level with a hand or mechanical tamper or multiple passes from a vehicle tire.
